A Princeton man accused in the 2011 death of his wife was in court Wednesday, asking that the charges be dismissed.

Kathleen Desilets fell through a third-story window of her Princeton house back in 2011. She was found outside the house and later died. In 2014, her husband Roger was indicted in her death and charged with manslaughter and assault and battery.

Kathleen Desilets’ family and friends were also in court Wednesday and told 7News they are frustrated that the case is moving so slow.

"This time, we’re really distressed to the point where, hopefully, the judge is gonna deny the motions and we’ll have a trial and justice will be served," said Bill Pauk, Kathleen Desilets’ brother.

The judge said he is considering the motion to dismiss the charges against Roger Desilets.
