BOSTON (WHDH) - People gathered in Boston over the weekend for the two-day Puerto Rican festival.
The event celebrates the island’s heritage with a parade from Cedar Street to Franklin Park, where people got to enjoy music, carnival rides, and Puerto Rican food.
