QUINCY, Mass. (WHDH) — A woman leaving her driveway in Quincy found herself in trouble when her mini-van slammed into a house right across the street.
The van ended up lodged under the porch.
The driver and a passenger had to be taken to the hospital.
The crash damaged the gas meter to the house.
Firefighters had to break windows, to vent the house from fumes.
National Grid had to shut-off the gas line to the house before the car could be removed which involved crews digging-up the road in front of the home to get to that line.
