SHEFFIELD, Mass. (AP) — The parents of a Massachusetts woman who died in the Ethiopian Airlines crash earlier this month are planning a reception to honor their daughter.

Nadia Milleron and Mike Stumo say “everyone who cared about our daughter” is invited to the gathering scheduled for Saturday afternoon at the family’s Sheffield farm.

Their daughter, 24-year-old Samya Rose Stumo, was one of 157 people who died in the crash March 10.

The 2015 University of Massachusetts Amherst graduate worked for ThinkWell, a global health organization, and according to her grandmother, was on her way to Uganda for her first assignment.

Her parents say a funeral service with limited seating will be held at a small family church, followed by the sharing of food and memories.

The plane crash remains under investigation.
