If you liked yesterday, chances are, you’ll like today’s weather as a similar set up is in place. That means after a cool start this morning, sunshine warms us up from near freezing in many spots to near 60 this afternoon. With the wind out of the west on the light side, afternoon sea breezes will be able to kick in along the coast, keeping temps a bit cooler there. Sunshine prevails over clouds through this morning before more clouds mix in mid to late day.
The theme of mainly dry weather continues over the next few days as baseball games and tee times make out just fine. If you have a weekend tee time, the best weather is Saturday. Sunday morning is still dry, but we’re fair game for showers from Sunday afternoon into Monday. Yes, the system appears a bit faster and will get in here Sunday afternoon. It’ll be a chilly rain on Monday too… temps in the upper 40s.
Sox and Braves game is a go tonight… near 50 and light winds. Then, the Evil Empire arrives tomorrow. Friday and Saturday night games feature temps in the upper 40s. Sunday night baseball at Fenway may be in jeopardy with the wet weather moving in.
No real warmth in sight as anything much above 60 degrees is hard to come by over the next 7-10 days.
