BOSTON (WHDH) - A new report say the MBTA will probably have to spend more than the $7 Billion it estimated to upgrade its system.
The Massachusetts taxpayers foundation says the T has failed to account for inflation.
The foundation also says the T needs to increase salaries to make sure it has enough staff to upgrade equipment.
