CHELSEA, MASS. (WHDH) - The Rhode Island man accused of spying on a girl as she tried on bathing suits in the dressing room of a Target in Revere was in court Monday.
Sheldon Fulbeck was arraigned in Chelsea District Court.
He is also accused of recording a woman inside the dressing room of a North Attleboro Target two years ago. Fulbeck was in court Monday on different charges when he was arraigned on the new ones.
