Reward offered for information on Hampton Beach sculpture vandalism

Crimeline for the Hamptons, Inc., announced Monday it is offering a $1,000 reward for any tip that leads to the conviction of vandal or vandals that destroyed many sand sculptures at Hampton Beach.

The incident happened over the weekend after the 16th Annual Hampton Beach Master Sand Sculpting Classic.

Police said someone kicked in the faces of several of the sculptures. Another’s head was missing.

Crimeline administers an anonymous tip text line that people with information can contact.

Tips can be submitted at http://www.tipsubmit.com by selecting “Hamptons,” or text the word CRIMES with the keyword “Hamptons” and leave the tip in the message.
