ATTLEBORO, Mass. (AP) — Two Rhode Island men charged with pointing a gun at another driver on a Massachusetts highway in an apparent road rage incident are back in court for a hearing to determine whether they are a danger to the community.

Twenty-one-year-old Yomar Romero, of Pawtucket and 20-year-old Justin Smith, of Providence, have a dangerousness hearing scheduled Monday in Attleboro District Court.

Both have pleaded not guilty to firearms and other charges.

Police say Smith pointed a gun at another driver on Interstate 95 in Massachusetts on Wednesday during what investigators called "a game of cat and mouse."

Police say they found a gun and ammunition in the vehicle being driven by Romero. Neither man has a gun license.

Lawyers for both men have questioned the charges.
