A pregnant Rhode Island woman got a surprise on Monday when she went downstairs to watch television after she began experiencing cramps.
Ten minutes later- she gave birth to her son – in her living room.
"He’s perfect," said new mother, Heather Bren of her newborn son, Cameron.
Bren said she went downstairs, sat in her husband’s recliner and got comfortable after she began feeling cramps.
"Two pushes later, I am holding my newborn son in my hands," Bren said. "I definitely was panicking when I realized I was in labor."
Bren’s husband called 911 and the couple went to Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester
Cameron joins Bren’s two other children.
Bren and her newborn son are doing well.
