SEABROOK, N.H. (WHDH) – The man caught on camera being thrown by police against a wall is back in court on Wednesday in connection with an unrelated case.

Michael Bergeron, 23, appeared in Seabrook District Court after he was arrested last summer, charged with throwing keys at a woman’s face.

According to court records, Bergeron has been arrested more than 10 times since 2007, on charges that range from disorderly conduct to burglary.

Bergeron had no comment when leaving court.

“He is doing fine. He is doing great. Everything is heading in the right direction. We are optimistic,” said his attorney.

The video from 2009 that showed him being slammed into a wall and pepper-sprayed by Seabrook police went viral, causing an investigation into the department.

Bergeron and his attorney will meet with the N.H. Attorney General later in the week to take a closer look at the case involving that video that went viral.
