(WHDH) — A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued in Worcester County.

The warning is in effect for western Worcester County until 6:30 p.m., according to 7NEWS meteorologist Jeremy Reiner.
Heavy rain, lightning, hail, and strong wind gusts are possible, in addition to tree and power line damage.
