A shark fell from the sky in Virginia Beach last week.

The incident seems just like the movie "Sharknado." In the movie, a freak storm picks up man-eating sharks and tosses them onto land to devour innocent people.

The beach home might as well be called "The Shark House".

The homeowner, Sue Bowser, said, "This could be the shark house, but hopefully not too many more will be falling from the sky."

Bowser believes the shark fell from the grips of a large bird above.

"The kids found it and they came upstairs,” explained Bower. “They were real excited and said, 'We found a shark!'”

Bowser doubted the kids, but the 13-incher, dead on arrival, was on a concrete slab next to a small pond in the backyard.

The shark is now tucked away in the garage freezer.

"I would like to preserve the shark because a lot of people have asked about it and I think it's just so unique," said Bowser.

The family hasn't said whether they'll bury the shark or toss it unceremoniously in the garbage.
