FORT WORTH, Texas (WHDH) — A single mother in Texas dressed up to attend a “Donuts with Dad” event with her son at his school.
Yvette Vasquez wore a fake mustache and a baseball cap and even put on some cologne.
“I think it’s important to teach our kids to not have any excuses or feel bad for themselves because they don’t have a father or mother,” said Vasquez.
Vasquez’s two younger sons said they want her to do the same thing when it is their turn for “Donuts with Dad.”
