WESTFORD, MASS. (WHDH) - Six people were arrested after police said they were running a drug lab at their house in Westford.
On June 8 just before 9 a.m., Westford Police searched a home on Mountain View Lane after a nine-month undercover investigation using two informants led to a warrant.
Officers said they noticed a smell that signaled a cooking lab was in the house. Officers allegedly found an active drug lab with butane honey oil and hashish oil in the basement. Police said Bradley Heath, 22, and his girlfriend Lindsey Holston, 20, were manufacturing and selling the oil.
Because of the dangerous nature of the lab, hazardous materials crews and the State Police Bomb Squad were called in to secure the house.
Heath and Holston were arrested on drug charges along with four other people: Bradley Heath, age 63; Diana Heath; Linley Heath, age 28 and Prachi Joglekar, age 22.
Two other women are also charged – one is 20 year old Lindsey Holston of Westford and the other is 22 yr old Prachi Joglekar of Groton.
