Apple faced some social media backlash Tuesday after the iOS 10 update caused iPhone users problems.
Instead of new features, some people who updated said it wiped their phone’s memory.
The iPhone update had many new features expected.
Apple said it has resolved the issue, however, people have continued to tweet about similar issues.
