BOSTON (WHDH) - Boston’s North End is known for its Italian culture and food and 7’s Sarah French visited one of its restaurants for this week’s What’s Cooking.

At Vinoteca di Monica, chef and owner George Mendoza showed French how to make spinach and cheese gnocchi.

Mendoza’s gnocchi are made with ricotta cheese and spinach. It is served at the restaurant with brown sage butter and tomato sauce.
