Patchy dense fog starts this weekend, but that fog won’t have much staying power this morning as it yields back to some sunshine by mid morning.  We’ll still have some sunshine through the early afternoon, but clouds will increase mid to late afternoon.  Temps today run from the low 70s at the coast the the upper 70s inland.  Overall, great weather for tee times and picking apples.

The clouds that increase later today foreshadow the showers that’ll move in tonight and early tomorrow morning. With an onshore wind and lots of clouds Sunday, it’ll be a cooler day overall.  While not a washout, we’ll have to deal with scattered showers during the day.  Those showers, and even a thunderstorm, are more widespread tomorrow evening/night.

Monday looks to be a mainly dry and breezy day, however, a few showers north and west of 495 can’t be ruled out as a slow moving low drifts east, through central New England.  Once that low moves offshore, we’re on easy street again with high pressure building in.  That high will allow for a lot of sun and warming temps as we near/top 80 starting Tuesday and carrying on through the rest of the week away from the coast.

Enjoy the weekend!
