"Star Wars" fans rejoice.
Filming has started on the next installment of the Star Wars saga.
Walt Disney announced shooting began on "Star Wars" Episode VII on Monday in the United Kingdom.
The announcement was accompanied by a short video that shows the filming starting right where Episode VII left off.
Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher are slated to reprise their roles.
Benicio del Toro and Laura Dern are joining the cast as well.
Episode VII is expected to hit theaters in December 2017.
