A Haverhill man was seriously injured after his car rolled over on Route 495 in Tewksbury, according to state police.
The crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
Police said the 30-year-old Haverhill man was traveling on Route 495 northbound between Exit 38 and Exit 39 when he lost control of his car. His car then rolled over and crashed into the median.
During the crash, the man was ejected and sustained serious injuries.
He was flown by medical helicopter to Beth Israel Hospital. There were no other passengers in the car.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The two left travel lanes on Route 495 northbound and southbound were closed for nearly two hours.
