PLYMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - An Amber Alert was issued Thursday evening for a child taken from Plymouth and State Police have since located the child and the suspect.
According to the Plymouth Police Twitter account, they were looking for a gray Nissan driven by 36-year-old Arthur Moniz. He is suspected to be engaged in a domestic dispute with his wife.
State Police said Moniz and the child have since been located on Route 195 in Marion. The child is fine and police said Moniz is now in custody.
Moniz allegedly switched cars after fleeing with the child. He is due in court on Friday.
