State Police have captured a man who ran away from police on Route 2 at the Gardner/Westminster town line Tuesday.
Police said the man was involved in a car chase, crashed his vehicle and ran off.
According to police, the suspect has been identified as Brian Lafrennie.
Lafrennie was said to be wearing a grey Patriots hate, a dark grey shirt, jeans and grey sneakers.
The suspect has warrants out for his arrest for past offenses.
Officials announced they had captured Lafrennie Tuesday evening.
He is expected to face a judge Wednesday.
