A competency hearing will be held in New Hampshire for Wendall Noyes.
Noyes is accused to killing his stepdaughter, 11-year-old Celina Cass.
Noyes is charged with second-degree murder.
According to investigators, he drowned Cass in the Connecticut Rive in Stewartstown five years ago.
Noyes’ friends say he suffers from schizophrenia.
