(WHDH) — If you’re in a hurry to eat breakfast to get out the door quickly, you may want to slow your roll.

A new study in the BMJ suggests people who ate slowly tend to weigh less than people who ate quickly.

According to that study, people who slowed their eating overtime tended to lose weight.
