A recent report is showing a startling rise in the number of kids diagnosed with autism.
The National Center for Health Statistics now says one in 45 kids in the U.S. has been diagnosed with the disorder.

Researchers say it could be because doctors have changed how they ask parents about developmental delays in their children.
