PEABODY, MASS. (WHDH) - Everyone is accounted for after a large fire tore through a commercial building in Peabody on Tuesday.
The fire started at around 3:30 p.m. at a styrofoam warehouse on Fifth Street in an industrial park. Firefighters believe the fire began on the production floor.
The area around the warehouse has been evacuated because of hazardous chemicals and plastics burning. Hot temperatures also caused a partial roof collapse.
No one was injured in the fire. One woman was initially unaccounted for until officials said she had quickly evacuated and left the area when the first broke out.
