Police said the suspect in the fatal stabbing of a man in Stoughton last week has turned himself in.
Keenan Brasfield, 24, was wanted for killing 36-year-old Erwins Albert outside a house on Canton Street on Friday. Police said Brasfield killed the man over an argument about a car.
Brasfield, who has ties to addresses in Stoughton and Hyde Park, surrendered himself to police just after 8 p.m. on Sunday.
He is accused of stabbing Albert in a driveway.
Brasfield’s car had just been towed to that location from a tow yard a short distance away when the two men came into contact, according to police.
Brasfield had been considered armed and dangerous.
He appeared in court on Monday and entered a plea of not guilty.
He was held without bail and is due back in court on June 3.
