A suspicious envelope was found at the U.S. Embassy in Madrid Thursday, according to Spanish officials.
The envelope is part of a wave of suspicious packages that have been sent in the area in the past few days, including one that ignited at Madrid’s Ukrainian Embassy the day before.
Officials said police have detonated the envelope at the U.S. Embassy and no one was hurt.
