Police arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting in Rowley after they said he turned himself in.
Police responded to reports of gunfire in Rowley Sunday night. A man approached the officers near a shopping center and allegedly told them he had been shot. The victim was treated and is now doing OK.
The 16-year-old faces several charges in connection with the shooting, including assault with intent to murder.
