PHILADELPHIA, PA (WHDH) — Pennsylvania State police have captured a third fugitive from the recently updated Massachusetts State Police “Most Wanted” sex offender list.

According to state police, Pedro Munoz, 57, was arrested in Philadelphia on Monday after Massachusetts State Police received information he was staying at a relative’s home.

Munoz was the third of six wanted offenders added to the list on Friday. He will eventually be brought back to Massachusetts to be arraigned and processed as a sex offender.

Munoz was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to provide a sample to a DNA database, as the result of a 1982 conviction for the rape of 13-year-old child.

This is his second time on the “Most Wanted” list for evading his registration requirements. He was first arrested in Pennsylvania in 2008 after being featured on the list.

Two other new additions to the list have been taken into custody since it was released. Reggie Ellenwood, 58, was arrested on Friday in Boston. Scott Halle, 45, was arrested on Sunday morning in Chelsea.

State police continue to search for the remaining three that were added to the list.

The full list can be viewed on the Massachusetts State Police website.
