BOSTON (WHDH) - The U.S. Coast Guard responded to a three-boat crash in the Long Wharf area of Boston after one boat lost power, crashing into two others.
At approximately 10:20 Saturday morning, the Regency, a Boston Harbor cruise boat, lost power and drifted into two other boats, the Rookie and the Aurora.
Nobody was injured, and there are no initial reports of pollution as a result of the incident.
The Regency, which was carrying passengers, suffered damage to windows above the water line. It wasn’t immediately clear if other boats had passengers.
Both the Coast Guard and the Marine Unit are investigating the boat’s power loss.
All three boats have been taken out of use until further notice.
