A giant tree went crashing down on a home in Wareham Sunday.
Officials said today’s high winds and heavy rains are the likely cause.
The fire department had to use chainsaws to cut the trunk away from the roof.
It’s not clear if the homeowner was inside at the time.
No injuries were reported.
The wet weather moved through the state all of Sunday.
