Wow!  What a stretch of November we’ve had, huh?  Back to back days in the 70s on Thursday and Friday, and yesterday’s 73 in Boston and 70 in Worcester were good enough to tie the record for the date.  While it won’t be as warm today, it’s still mild for early to mid November standards.

We start off this Saturday morning with temps in the 50s to near 60.  Yes, a very mild start, however, as a cooler atmosphere starts to ooze into the area from the west, that air mass will offset the daytime heating for any filtered sun we get, allowing highs to only top off in the lower 60s on average.  That partial sunshine we do get will tend to fade out behind mid to high level clouds that stream in from our southwest.  Those clouds clear out late tonight as temps drop to near 40 by daybreak tomorrow.

We’ll have plenty of sunshine on Sunday which will help offset the breeze and cooler air in place.  Highs tomorrow only reach the low to mid 50s, the coolest weather we’ve had since Halloween, however, it’s seasonable for this time of year.  It’s also great tailgating weather if you’re heading down to Gillette!  Kickoff temps run around 53 degrees under a mostly sunny sky. Go Pats!!!!!!!

The seasonable weather doesn’t last all that long as temps trend back toward 60 for much of next week. I don’t have much run over the next several days, although a passing shower in spots on Tuesday is possible.  A better chance of showers comes late Thursday, Thursday night and Friday morning.

Enjoy the weekend!
