LYNNFIELD, MASS. (WHDH) - A State Police trooper came to the rescue Monday, saving a turtle that was trying to cross the road.
The slow mover was making its way across Route 1 in Lynnfield, when a trooper stopped to direct it back to safety.
The turtle was taken to Topsfield.
