METHUEN, MASS. (WHDH) - A major road in Methuen was closed Monday after a truck crash, officials said.
Officers responding to reports of a crash found a tractor-trailer had struck the I-93 overpass on Hampshire Road, causing significant damage, police said.
Officials said the road was closed for several hours while the bridge was inspected.
