Lawyers for Marathon Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, have asked to step down from his appeal case.
Tsarnaev’s trial attorneys said they want to be replaced due in part to the time and money required for the case. The case will held at the supermax prison in Colorado.
It’s uncommon for this to happen in death penalty cases.
One lawyer will stay on to help the transition.
