FRAMINGHAM, MASS. (WHDH) - Two police officers said they were assaulted as they tried to arrest a domestic violence suspect in Framingham.
Police said 29-year-old Marcus Bino’s girlfriend called 911 reporting that he punched her in the face and bit her arm.
Bino, who told police officers he is a trained mixed-martial arts fight, allegedly tried to fight off the two officers as they tried to arrest him.
His girlfriend filmed the scuffle, which lasted about 10 minutes.
In the fight with police, Bino mostly hit the male officer, but he was also seen punching the much smaller female officer several times.
Backup officers eventually arrived and used a stun gun on Bino. He was then cuffed and taken into custody. The officers involved in the incident suffered minor injuries.
Police said Bino laughed at the officers trying to arrest and claimed he did not want attitude from officers who were smaller than him.
Bino is now facing several charges, including domestic assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct. He is free on $7,500 cash bail.
