PLUM ISLAND, Mass. (WHDH) — Months after an ocean storm destroyed three homes on Plum Island, the state approved two of the homeowners to rebuild on the same site.
Three applications were submitted; one did not comply.
In addition to those homes that were destroyed, thirteen were deemed uninhabitable, half of which were also torn down.
