ATLANTA (NBC) — Two todders are safe today after the car they were in was stolen from an Atlanta gas station in a car-jacking caught on camera.
In the video from Saturday night, the driver of the car leaves it running and walks into the gas station, leaving his twin one-year-old daughters in the vehicle.
The suspect takes advantage of the opportunity and speeds away.
Police found the vehicle abandoned not far from the gas station.
Police say when they found the vehicle, both children were still in their car seats, but one of the car seats was outside the vehicle.
