The MBTA is urging commuters to avoid using Subway and Commuter Rail lines Tuesday morning after severe weather caused power outages and rail problems.
The MBTA said extremely cold conditions are freezing trains and causing severe delays. Riders should expect delays on all lines and were urged to seek alternate transportation.
Subway delays:
Red Line: Service resuming
Orange Line: Service resuming
Blue Line: Severe delays
Green Line: Service resuming
Commuter Rail delays:
All experiencing delays. MBTA urges passengers to seek alternate routes.
