WARNER, N.H. (WHDH) - A Silver Alert has been canceled after police in New Hampshire said a 59-year-old man with Alzheimer’s who had been reported missing had been found.
State Police said Partick Henry Hart was seen on the front porch of his residence, where it is believed he left on foot and was reported missing at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday.
He was described as being 5’10″ and weighing 220 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police added that Hart should be wearing a gray shirt, tan shorts and possibly glasses.
