NEW YORK (WHDH) - A computer glitch at JFK airport in New York City caused quite a hassle for thousands of travelers.

The glitch required passengers to manually check in for their flights Sunday evening.

More than 1,000 people corded the busy terminal.

Additional officers were on hand to monitor passengers’ safety.

The glitch is now fixed.
