CHELSEA, MASS. (WHDH) - Police are looking for a van wanted in connection with a hit-and-run that injured an elderly woman in Chelsea.

Chelsea Police Chief Brian Kyes said the 72-year-old woman was struck at Fourth Street and Broadway shortly before 10:30 a.m. A surveillance camera on the corner filmed the entire incident.

A good Samaritan helped the woman up and walked her back to the sidewalk. She was conscious and alert but suffered a cut to her head.

A white minivan fled the scene. The front right tire is either a spare tire or does not have a hubcap and there appeared to be a white note taped on the back window.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
