A Winter Park, Florida man was rushed to the hospital after he was bitten by a venomous Gaboon viper, according to police.
It happened Thursday afternoon at a home.
The victim was rushed to Florida Hospital Orlando.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials responded to the home.
Experts on scene concluded that the snake was a venomous Gaboon viper.
