SPRINGFIELD, MASS. (WHDH) - Today is the fifth anniversary of the EF-3 tornado that devastated parts of Western Massachusetts.
Springfield is set to honor the victims.
A moment of silence will be held at 4:38 Wednesday afternoon, the time the tornado entered the city.
The storm killed three people in West Springfield and Brimfield.
