WAYLAND, Mass. (WHDH) — Incredible surveillance video shows the collision of a car and bicyclist, with no sign of either slowing down.
It happened more than two weeks ago on Cochituate Road in Wayland just after 4 in the afternoon. The driver was turning left off Route 27 south. The bicyclist was on Route 27 north.
When the two slammed into each other the biker had bottles of water on him, which looked like they exploded on impact. The woman driving the car, and the man riding his bicycle both claim to have a yellow light.
The cyclist was MedFlighted to Boston Medical Center where he is being treated. No one has been charged in this accident.
