Yes, I know it's goofy to be talking about warmer temps after a cool front swings by but it's a happening today for coastal cities, towns. Boston had a high temp of 81 yesterday but spent most of the day in the 70s thanks to an onshore breeze. After the cool front went through the wind has shifted to the west and this westerly breeze will keep the cool, ocean air away. Temps along the coast will reach the mid 80s this afternoon, farther inland, high temps will reach the low 80s. For everyone, the humidity is much lower today setting the stage for #WCW—Weather Crush Wednesday.

Tomorrow & Friday see a continuation of low humidity but also a few more clouds that will spill in from Canada. No raindrops from the clouds tomorrow but a few isolated showers are likely on Friday afternoon. An increase in clouds for tomorrow & again on Friday mean slightly cooler temps…upper 70s to around 80.

The Weekend is decent but not stellar. Saturday sees our cooling trend continue with more clouds than sun and a return to the onshore flow. That means coastal areas/beaches only have temps in the low 70s for the afternoon (mid 70s inland). Sunday we start with clouds but sun wins out by afternoon. That afternoon sun will send temps close to 80 (mid 70s coast).
