A water park in New Hampshire is up for auction Wednesday despite extreme efforts by the owner to prevent a sale.
Kevin Dumont, owner of Liquid Planet Water Park in Candia, chained himself on top of a water slide last month in attempts to stop the park from being sold.
The park faced foreclosure and the owner said it was "a last effort" to save his business after regulators found high levels of bacteria and said Dumont opened the park without the required review.
