SALEM, MASS. (WHDH) -

Wet weather didn’t deter Halloween fans from gathering in Salem over the weekend.

Festivities were canceled last year, and this year the city is requiring indoor masking and for any events with more than 100 people to require negative COVID-19 tests or proof of vaccination. But partiers said they would be hitting the Witch City no matter what.

“I can’t complain, I don’t care if it’s raining or not, we’re still coming out,” one reveler said.

“A little soaked, but I’m still having fun,” added another.
