Nothing says New Year’s Eve quite like bubbly; but for your New Year’s party, do you really want to offer another glass of champagne?
“Bonds and Bubbly”
Ingredients:
1 Pear
1 pinch edible glitter
½ ounce poire liqueur
5 1/2 champagne
Directions:
1. Using a melon baller, scoop out a ball of pear and add to glass
2. Drop pinch of edible glitter into glass
3. Pour poire liqueur into glass
4. Top with champagne
“Counterfeit Confetti”
Ingredients:
2 packages strawberry pop rocks
1 ½ ounce white chocolate liquor
1 1/12 ounce strawberry vodka
Directions:
1. Open packages of pop rocks onto a plate
2. Pour even amount of white chocolate liquor on separate plate
3. Rim glass with white chocolate liquor, then double rim with pop rocks
4. Fill shaker half way with ice, pour in white chocolate liquor and strawberry vodka, and shake
5. Strain into rimmed glass
“Stroke of Midnight”
Ingredients:
1 Cinnamon stick
1 ½ ounces vodka
½ ounce poire liqueur
Soda water
Directions:
1. Fill glass 2/3 with ice
2. Add vodka, poire liqueur and soda water
3. Stir with cinnamon stick and leave in as garnish
